A graduate of Harvard, Cambridge and Warsaw University.  An attorney specializing in negotiations, public procurement, economic arbitration, and mediation.  President of the BATNA Group. Member of the governing bodies of non-governmental organizations and supervisory boards of various companies.  

As a lecturer at the School of International Arbitration at the University of London and Georgetown University in Washington, he teaches dispute resolution, mediation and negotiation. He was a World Bank consultant on the development of mediation and arbitration.
